The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has withdrawn charges and released cosmetics entrepreneur Jenifer Jovin (26), popularly known as Niffer who had been facing treason charges.
The decision was issued today, Wednesday, December 3, 2025 by Senior Resident Magistrate Aaron Lyamuya, after State Attorney Titus Aron informed the Court that the DPP no longer intends to proceed with the case against the two accused.
