All African Peoples' Conference 2018 (Accra 2018) completed in Ghana, under the #Hashtag #AfricanMustUnite, left a number of question unanswered.
What is politics? What is New Politics? What was the Old Politics of Africa?
How to build a new politics? And new politics for whom? Do Africa real need new politics? And how will it look like? basically what are the qualities of new politics for Africa then?
What is Substantive Democracy and Security? Do we need substantive democracy without definition or African democracy with clear understanding? Where do we locate African tradition and cultural values of democracy?
My proposal is to conduct a comprehensive debate of this topic, before it mislead the desire for Africa Unity.
