Two Next Media staff members have died following a road accident in the Namulanda area in the early hours of Friday, August 7.
The deceased have been identified as producer Badru Kasirye and journalist/content creator Isaac Ndamagye, who died at the scene of the crash.

Entertainment journalist Brian “Makona” Ssemanda, who was travelling with them, survived the accident but sustained serious injuries and was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), where he is receiving medical attention.
The three were reportedly returning from covering a celebrity boxing event involving entertainers Chicken Chicken and Shawa before the accident occurred.
In a statement, Next Media confirmed the incident, expressing condolences to the families of the deceased while providing an update on Ssemanda’s condition.
