It is not only about the environment issue that the world was worried about but also the technology at hand that would stop the oil was not available at present.Most countries including chinese scientists admitted the dificulty to stop the oil spills in deep seas. They were following in daily basis what the BP was going to do to stop the oil.I think babu is. it was the concern of the envronment pollution and the evolution of the technology.
