jana 2 nmekutana na ili tatizo. Actually 1st ilikua inaload 2 for ever baada ya kuhangaika nayo kuitoa na kuiweka ikahamia tatzo hili sa. Wat u hav 2 do ni kuitoa kabisa (sio tu on d control panel) pamoja na traces zake using zile removal softwares(ipo ambayo wali recommend ni ndogo n free ila jina ni mpaka nifike home kwene machine) after removing everthing pamoja na registry files unaweka zile old version za BS(again link mpaka home, srry). Inaingia na kazi inaisha. The version unayoweka haiendani na graphics card yako. Actually anza kwanza kwa ku update graphic card drivers zako kwene device manager afu jaribu, ikigoma then option ya pili hio. It always works. Will try my best nkifka nkuupdate. Cheers

Cleaning software is called: Revo uninstaller (link:http://revo-uninstaller.software.informer.com/download/ )
after forcing BS out of ur system with the uninstaller above,

1. Remove/Delete BlueStacks from the following directories
2. C:\ProgramData\BlueStacks
3. C:\Program Files (x86)\BlueStacks or C:\Program Files\BlueStacks
4. C:\Users\ \AppData\Local\BlueStacks
5. Press the "Windows + R" or type "Run" in search and type in "Regedit" then press "Enter"
6. Check HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ Software
7. Look for "BlueStacks" and delete em

install and VIOLA, its done
