Conduct of Candidates in Examinations, as approved by university council 2012.
17. The conduct of a candidate in examination shall be in the fallowing manner:
17.1 No candidate shall be allowed to communicate with another candidate in the examination room once the examination has commenced
17.2 No candidate shall take into the examination room/ hall in person or by argent any unauthorized material (s). It shall not be a defence to argue that one did not intend to use the unauthorized materials
17.3 No candidate shall omit, neglect or in any way fail to follow lawful instructions or orders issued by the invigilator
17.4
17.5 No candidate shall copy from any other candidate or exchange answers with another candidate in or outside the examination room/ hall.
17.6 No candidate shall aid and / or abet another candidate to copy from a script / booklet of another person

Siku ya mtihani UMEME ukakatika, msimamizi kaamulu wafunzi wafuate simu kwenye mikoba yao wawashe kwa ajili ya mwanga, lakini SHERIA inambana mwanafunzi kupinga amri ya msimamizi hata kama ana matatizo ya Macho,
Matokeo yanatoka wanafunzi 7/27 waliofanya mtihani wanafeli somo lile. Procedures zote za chuo zimegonga MWAMBA.
Je upande wa mahakama, Nani yuko sahihi kati ya chuo au wanafunzi kupewa haki??
Tuwasaidie kwa ushauri PSE maana hela waliyopoteza ni zaid ya 6.38 millions
