The failure of Trumps predidency in even convincing his own Congressional Republicans, in repealing and replacing Obamacare, is a bitter pill for Trump to swallow.
But swallow he did!

Congressional Republicans are not fools!
They knew right from the start that if they sided with Trump over the Repeal and Replace Obamacare Bill, they would have been shown the door by the elecrolate.

This surely puts Trump as not only an amateur president, but with the political steam roller now rolling backwards, the presidency is getting increasingly untenable.

And unfortunate for Trump, impeachment on the Russiagate now looks more than likely.
