Being a doctor in Tanzania

jamani how many parents will encourage their kids to pursue the course in medicine?they will be poorly paid, receiving phone calls from unknown people, being kidnapped, tortured... killed if time allows,,,,,that is what will happen to them,,,,working in difficult condition believing they are working with the govt....I doubt if many will encourage any body around them to bcome doctors, unless you hate them ofcourse
