you did't get me right...i did't say that Lema should take Slaa's responsibilities.....Slaa can stay as secreatry..just as Mbowe is a chairman(and an MP).......huyu Lema anaweza kufanya mambo mengine e.g kuhamsisha wanachama ...si lazima afanye haya akiwa secretary.......read and understand things...don't run into foolish conclusions here....by the way mi si mwanasiasa....and never will be......
