WanaJF, Kinachoniuma ni kwamba huku kwetu Morogoro tunakufakwa mafuriko, migogoro kati ya wakulima na wafugaji isiyoisha, njaa, umaskiniwa kupindukia huku wakubwa wakitumia mabilioni ya fedha kuandaa mbwex2 zamuungano leo. Hizo fedha zingetosha kuongeza hata mishahara ya walimuwanaondesha mgomo baridi, au madaktari wanaoteseka bila vifaa vya vituo vyaafya.
My take: mwenye kufahamu estimate za kuendesha hizi mbwex2za muungano aturushie ili tufanye makadirio ya idadi za shule za msingizitakazojengwa na mabilion hizi. Na je katika gharama hizi serikali yamapinduzi ya Zanzibar imechangia % ngapi yah ii bajeti?

Budget for unity government why ? I say why. because big bank BOT is next to ikulu. Governorman is presidential appointment. he say give many money we want to eat holiday. you think he agree or refused president. no he give many red of mzimbazi. but thiefman take also. hhe say also fo eat holiday celebration no audit. take yours faster.
