Dear Media Friends in Nairobi and Dar es Salaam

I am due to be in Nairobi Jan 15-20 and in Dar Jan 20-25. Aims of my trip: to visit families of prisoners in Hong Kong for drug trafficking, and to do publicity to stop others going to prison in HK. Thanks to media help, my previous visits led to a sharp drop in the number of drug mules from East Africa going to Hong Kong. But last year there was a bit of a surge, so we need to keep up the publicity.
