Are there any Microsoft SCCM enthusiasts here?

I'm curious to find out how major business institutions, corporations, as well as government entities implement patch management procedures, operating system deployment (OSD), applications installation, manage assets and inventory in their computer and network infrastructures in Tanzania. If they happen to have a framework in place, do they deploy enterprise management platform such as SCCM and the like?

Glad to find someone with the same interest. I started out working on SCCM 2012 and then migrated to SCCM 2012 R2. I currently have SCCM 1511 (Current Branch) running. I've been an SCCM administrator for about three years now. What is your background?
