They sent the same photos to me. I think that's the same one they were talking about. They were not sure of the size/type. It looks an offset to me. But definitely finitely 15k is a no no. I think they sold the 1.5m offset dish as this is 1.8m pf dish being sold @ ksh15000(USD160).....eish

Guys I finally acquired the famed srt 4950h (6k @ Fecom). I am new to the world of FTA. Having acquired the box I have no clue where to start. Can someone please give a short step by step tutorial on how I can track a satellite and recieve some channels. Or please refer me to a manual that already exists. I am in Eld by the way. My decoder is hooked to a 90cm dish with a universal lnb in the dstv position(its a dstv dish). Thanks in advance.

An affiliate of Qatari-based television network Al Jazeera is in advanced negotiations to buy Turkish satellite network Digiturk, three sources familiar with the talks said on Tuesday, a deal that would further boost its soccer offering.
BeIN Media Group, which runs the beIN sports network of channels operating in Asia, Europe and the United States, has yet to finalise the acquisition according to Reuters sources, who declined to be identified as the information is not yet public.
"The negotiations are at an advanced level with beIN. They may be finalised in the next couple of weeks," said one of the sources. Another source said beIN was negotiating to buy all of Digiturk.
Digiturk, which has broadcasting rights for Turkey's top soccer league until the end of the 2016-2017 season, is 53 percent owned by Turkey's Cukurova Holding and 47 percent owned by US private equity group Providence Equity Partners.
Cukurova, the cash-strapped company controlled by Turkish businessman Mehmet Emin Karamehmet, had its Digiturk stake seized in 2013 by Turkey's Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) because of its debts to the state agency.
No one was immediately available to comment at beIN, Cukurova or Providence. The TMSF declined to comment.

Markyou Bein Sports (at least as we know it) operates exclusively on Pay Tv platform. If they were to acquire Digit*rk, that means ........... Well, thankfully you said its "RUMOURED". Sadly Bw. kassych this rumour of yours has no humour.

If you're interested in nailing the goodies you mentioned, 4950H is the way to go. You only need to update the software and voilà you get them . The best news is that the receiver has not been cloned, so you're safe.
