prime focus ,mesh. I have no problem with digiturk my 130 cm is doing just fine as u can see from photos i posted earlier the quality is hitting 81% and above. My mission as i said earlier is hotbird that is the only challenge leftAre your 8, 10 and 12 Ft dishes Prime Focus or Offset? Are they Solid metal or Fiber? Share lots of photos too.
Kindly also point each of them to D*i*g*i*t*u*r*k at 7 East and report their performance to the House.
The three satellites on 64, 62 and 68 East have fairly strong beams and can be received from East Africa even with 6Ft Dishes; unlike the fringe 7E Europe beam which we have to sweat to bring down. Goodday.
cost of a 16feet?and your location
new 3/4 tubes 10k, i have a bunch of pipes lying around so i don't have to buy i do the bending and the welding myself, so many 'volunteers' around so i don't spend much . I made my first one about ten years ago now am looking for real challenges.
Okay. Being located slightly north west of Nairobi, at Subukia, you are enjoying "location advantage" with regard to D*igit*urk. For people us at Nairobi and south of it, we still have no option but to either Buy or Build larger dishes to capture the fringe beam. Once you receive Hotbird, share the findings with the forum.prime focus ,mesh. location subukiaHi guys, so, I've spend 3 full days of my precious annual leave tracking 7a, finally I cracked it using a 6ft pf and wiztech ku lnbf, I'm getting a stable signal of 65-67% on Nat geo , however on discovery tp11472 and 11513 and 11638, I'm stuck at 57% max, any tips on how I can hit 60 on the above 3 tps, thanks, location, Nyahururu.

Your's appears like an offset dish, clarify. Thanks
Good evening
A forum was able to improve signal strength in Nairobi on his 130 cm offset dish by using a certain lnb called FUJI HD lnb model SSI-T1100. according to this member this lnb did magic. please note I never tried this lnb because am further north and i was able nab all Eutelsat 7A Europe beam B with 90cm and a simple lnb.
so invest in powerful lnb and am very sure you will enjoy all "how they do it, how to or how it's made and so on"

Hallo Karizz,
My location is Embu and i have 120cm offset dish plus SRT 4922.I have installed 7A targeting d*g*t*r* goodies for sometimes now, but the same Tps you have mentioned above were also cracking on my side i.e TPs 11638,11513,111472, and 11493V.On these tps i was getting quality of 57% to 58% a bit scratchy.By then, i was using samsom twin lnb. So i decided to change the lnb from samson twin lnbf to fuji SS1-T4100 (Quad lnbf) which i bought at spikes electronics(Luthuli Nairobi) 4 yrs ago at a cost of Khs 2500.The outcome was unbelievable because the cracking tps improved signal by 2% -3%.
what you see is inverto single with 4950 it has never disappointed me
