The channels on Intelsat 22 can be accesed using a reciver that supports multistream.....with a strong 4922/4950 you are good to go...

Samsung on the other hand labels anything that can access the internet as Smart.

Check whether decoder is compatible with 8spk compression. Bwana Kungu1 once pointed out that 8spk level requires bigger reflector due to its low signal quality compared to Qspk level of compression.
