No, pf is real ie points at the satellite directly but offset dish as the name points its offset ie doesn't point at the satellite. Therefore elevation angles are similar on paper but dishes will point differently.Is offset dish elevation angle the same as prime focus dish

Elevation angle for both for a particular sat is the same for both.
Only that the way you're going to position each of the dishes to target that elevation angle is different for each type of dish.
You could still have two offset dishes designed with different offset angles and their positioning for a particular sat is still going to be different.
PS.
The typical offset angle for most offset dishes is around 22°. So take the elevation pointing for a prime focus subtract about 22° and find where (most) of their offset counterparts will point.
