Try blind scanHello to all Jamii forum members, After a long struggle trying to nab a good FTA sat, i decided to follow the forum closely and came up with a decision of buying an 8ft prime focus dish. i have Humax Universal twin LNB and WS6916 sat finder, TM 6902HD combo Receiver. Good news is that i manage to scan 747 channels from 7.0W, 7.3W. Bad news is Aljazeera ,France24,and CGTN , is not among the 747 channel mostly arabic. where did i go wrong. I live i Naivasha town.
Reducing BBC signal slowly then put aljaz tp then scanI tried some several ideas even working on skew, but i realize i might loose some channels, BBCW started cracking, with mbc2 showing no sound.

1.Is your dish mesh or solid?
2. The 7w signal in Naivasha is strong even a 100cm offset is enough.
3. The 8ft could serve you better if it points East and you get Intelsat 20 68E and Apstar 7 76E on Cband.
4.Where in Naivasha are you located?
You don't need to modify, you need to pair it with the correct Lnb. Ku band lnb for Prime focus dishes.hi am a newbie in asas bt i av acquired a 1.8 primefocus dish n i want to modify it to offset , how do i go abt it or can a get an lnb that receives both c n ku band

How is the performance of that inverto for pf? Like when we had hot debate on superiority of samsom, fuji gold, etc those times of digit**k, how is its performance compared to others?
