Ideally a factory reset is supposed to do exactly what the decoder did. The cracking could also have been cause by a change in your setup (like dish moving, hence azimuth elevation compromised, or lnb skew also moved etc) rather than the software. I suggest in future, before you hit the reset button, check the signal levels. You can look for an appropriate sw patch that will support the rolling. There is a mix-up in Diseqc settings......... select appropriate dish and appropriate LNB freq in you settings...........Can someone help me understand what's happening here?
