As per Section 101 of the Law of Marriage Act,the party must refer to the Mariage Conciliation Board before filing a case to a competent court unles there is exception hard ship as per Section 100 of The Law of Marriage Act as amended in 2002.

Kabla ya kufungua kesi mahakamani wanandoa lazima waende kwenye Mariage Conciliation Board kama ilivyo ainishwa kwenye kifungu cha 101 cha sheria ya ndoa ya mwaka 2002 unles there is exception hard ship as per Section 100(2) of The Law of Marriage Act as amended in 2002.
