Go to UDOM WEB, halafu tafuta kitu kama "Admission Letters Issuing System (ALIS)". Then login kama ivi.. Username ni your form 4 index no. like S1700/0111/2011, mfano, halafu password ni your surname in capital latters, say SULEIMAN, kwa mfano.. and then that's all.. there kuna vi-info vya...
