Mimi nadhani tu-focus zaidi kwenye ishu au sera ambazo zina utata. Hapa namaanisha sera ambazo zilisababisha kwa namna moja au nyingine maendeleo au kukwamisha maendeleo.
In Man In The Mirror Michael Jackson sings-
"I'm Starting With The Man In
The Mirror
I'm Asking Him To Change
His Ways
And No Message Could Have
Been Any Clearer
If You Wanna Make The World
A Better Place
(If You Wanna Make The
World A Better Place)
Take A Look At Yourself, And
Then Make A Change
(Take A Look At Yourself, And
Then Make A Change)
(Na Na Na, Na Na Na, Na Na,
Na Nah)
In my opinion where change begins is a universally accepted principle. So I think we shouldn't dwell more on universally accepted ideas but rather deal with the more controversial (if you will) policies and their implementations and and results. If we focus on that then I think we can move forward with this debate in a more meaningful way, no one will claim victory on universally acceoted ideas, and hopefully no one will feel disrespected in any kind of way, shape, form, manner, and/ or fashion.
This is just my opinion. It doesn't have to be followed or listened to.
