How the situation will be if by using the terms of the law, the most of the local governments has been thrown out, but leaving the president at the position.....! Can you agree with me that it is like a tree that its roots has been removed? It is not necessarily to deal directly with the president....! But, a process of ruling out the president's agencies (the local governments), by using the existing laws and powers of the people according to the current constitution will weaken the whole government and the president himself.....!
