Female Gangster Associated With 'Nairobi's Prettiest Thug' Claire Njoki adi Vybz Shot Dead in Kayole

Another female gangster has been shot dead in Nairobi barely three weeks after a young woman who had been christened 'Nairobi's prettiest thug' was gunned down in Kayole and later buried in Murang'a County.

The unidentified female thug, who is believed to have been a close ally to
Claire Njoki Kibia, was shot dead yesterday afternoon in Kayole.

She was reportedly in the company of a man when they were ambushed by police and refused to surrender.

According to reports, they retaliated by shooting at police through the door, which prompted a gun drama that led to the death of the two.

Police were acting on a tip-off by members of the public after word went round that the two suspects were at a house in Patanisho area.

An automatic pistol marked in Arabic was recovered with five rounds of ammunition.
This comes just a few weeks after Claire was gunned down along Kangundo road after a fierce gunfire exchange with police.

Her burial was marred by a variety of strange occurrences after plain-clothed police showed up at her village and arrested a number of people that would aid them with more information regarding the gangs terrorising residents in Nairobi.

She was hurriedly buried as mourners sought to leave her graveyard immediately.

Criminal gangs in Nairobi are said to use women to carry their firearms as they are rarely suspected and can carry all sorts of weapons in their clothes without being detected.

I remember back in the days as a young guy, I tried so much to join either KDF or police force, but looking back, I don't regret failing to succeed into the enlistment, because I can't fathom how I would bring myself into pulling the trigger to finish these girls.......

I once watched a cop shoot some boy aged around 13 years who was known to snatch phones from motorists along Forest road, on that day a cop came walking by and the kid took off running after spotting him, suddenly deafening gunshots rent the air and what ensued was grisly.

Being a cop is a tough job, especially when you are expected to subdue a thug who is shooting back at you. You have no way of telling whether the thug is some rookie or a former special forces member gone rogue, you are expected to run towards the sounds of gunshots while the public is running away.

It was reported that the police actually gave that "prettiest" thug the ominious warning that she would be killed. It is not the first time I have heard about the cops giving such warnings to the known criminals; either thru a phone call or in person.
They trail their every movements and actions.

That is why I was arguing that, in the case of these youngsters, who are still very impressionable, why cant they simply use those intelligence strategies to capture them alive and help reform them. They are too young to die. Hardship and brainwashing led them to life in crime.

Ofcos I understand that in the situation of a gun battle, the cops have no other alternative but to kill. But the crime busters of Nairobi are only bent on killing these criminals, even when they are unarmed, and lying spread- eagled on the ground.

But, I am not asking for clemency for criminals. Peoplw who engage in crime deserve the worst possible puniahment. But here I am talking about the children who have been drawn to this life by God knows whom and how.

They are being exploited by some fatcats sitting somewhere, giving them guns and drugs to terrorize people. Those girls were barely 18. MK254 has mentioned about that 13 yr old who got shot for robbing the motorists.
