Windows task manager haifunguki

Habari zenu wana Jf.
Naomba msaada, laptop yangu tangu juzi imegoma kufungua windows task manager. Kila nikiclick ctrl+alt+delete naambiwa "windows task manager has been disabled by your administrator". Sasa nashindwa kuelewa wakati hapo awali ilikuwa inafunguka vizuri tu. Nimescan kompyuta nzima ila sijakuta virus. Halafu hata nikijaribu kuview hidden files and folders inashindikana wakati hapo awali ilikuwa inakubali bila shida.Tatizo ni nini?
By the way natumia windows xp sp2, ram 512 mb, hdd 80 gb, processor intel celeron 2.2ghz.

computer yake na antivirus gani na je iko Updated kabisa.. na umefanya full or fast scan...

Ok sasa tujaribu kuiactivate fuata maelezo kwa kina:

-Kwanza click WIN KEY + R kwenye keyboard yake na itafunguka RUN.. au nenda start then click RUN

-Andika gpedit.msc halafu hit enter... subiri kidogo mpaka ifunguke (but na kama iyo pia inagoma kufunguka then appo definetly ni kirusi)

-ikishafunguka nenda User Configuration then chagua Administrative Templates...System..Ctrl+Alt+Del Options.

-Then double click Remove Task Manager.. Select Disable then apply, ok, alafu close

-Alafu jaribu tena apo itakubali kufunguka... GUD LUCK!!!!
