Dear comrades, it is a dark moment here at the Ministry of Looting and Corruption as everyone except me is mourning the great loss of heroine worth 92 billion Tanzanian shillings to the police somewhere in Tanga.
The minister of Looting and Corruption, Busil Muriambo has declared three days of mourning during which all the ministry workers and board members will be dressed in red to symbolize the loss of great value.
