Way forward to Tanzanian politics

Tanzanian politics needs reform. Why?

Because our politics originated from a single-part system and ujamaa. So government and judicial systems deliver their power from the executive government which also solemnly depends on the ability of the leader party.

So in order to archive development for the people, so party leader abilities are essential as we can see in China under Xi and Russia under Putin. Whoever our ancestors succeeded to put in place a succession plan in well-founded single party governance and successfully adopted Democratic demands that are inevitable to refrain therefore the governance system that solemnly depends on one person's ability to deliver development adopted succession plan so this is what have always and repeatedly happened and will continue to happen if changes are not initiated.every Tanzanians presidential term will have their priorities and their implementation will solemnly depends on president ability. So what?

We will continue to have problems for example water and electricity shortage every presidential term adopt new methods to solve them and because of succession they never live to complete their endeavors for example under Jakaya regime Natural gas was seen as solution to electricity shortage so plans were put onto place and implemented, not well finished. Magufuli regime thought hydro Power is fast way forward to solve the problem then what happened he never live to see his dream and so the problem persist. Here are my suggestions.

It's true ujamaa and single party governance systems worked well to bring unit, solidarity and sense of nationality such that every Tanzanian sees that is obligated to it's nation. For that it's worked well and it's worth to be proud of.

But the same system failed to deliver development for the people so I suggest we should have new constitution that adopt fully Democratic demands, that development and all process depends on effectiveness of governing systems and institutions not solemnly on one person who is legally capable to put his/ her hands on every systems and institutions.

For example if Tanesco were legally capable of instituting there plans we could have seen continuation and linkage of their mega project whoever right now they work on priorities of governing body , they are not fully Democratic and independent.
