REF. OUR DISSATISFACTION OF ZANZIBAR POLITICAL IMPASSE DUE TO ILLEGAL AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL RULING BY DR. SHEIN AND HIS ELITE.

We, JUVICUF (The Civic United Front's Youth Wing) are here sanding to you our further regret due to the unpromising and uncertain future of our lovely country, Zanzibar.
The situation is the result of the autocratic and authoritarian regime led by Dr. Ali Mohamed Shein and his power manic elite, the unconstitutional ruling party, Chama cha Mapinduzi (CCM ).
The world, including local, national and international election missions and monitors witnessed the way democracy and it's pillars, rule of law, human rughts and the peoples' choice were revolted, Dr Shein and the elite, after the illegal and unconstitutional annulment of the Zanzibar 25th October 2015, General Election, the moment that the public were waiting for the announcement of the winner of the such free and fair practice by the Zanzibar Electorol Commission (ZEC)led by Jecha Salim Jecha.
As here we are attaching the final proved and formal results of the such election by ZEC, we youths insist that our candidate, Maalim Seif Sharif Hamad, won the contest, and no otherwise regarding or identifying the other who manuevered the will of majority Zanzibaris, through military siege and power invasion.
We JUVICUF insist that the, what said to be a rerun election on Sunday 20 March 2016, which was boycotted by every wiser segment of all the communities inluding electoral monitors and observers, political parties, donors, and almost all the voters, is nothing but the certifying attempt of the military, troops, coercive instrument who joined the dictator, Dr Shein, and his elite to revolt the will of Zanzibaris as well as the Constitution, illegally.
This is due to the fact that:
10th Ammendments of the Zanzibar Constitution of 2010 declared the need of almost all Zanzibaris, and who voted YES through the 30th July 2010 Referendum, to be governed by The Government of National Unity (GNU)the way that would allow peoples of the islands to live harmoniously out of the longer decades of socio-political instability and conflicts that totally abolished earlier, their ways and hope towards economic development.
Dr. Shein and his elite, are ruling the country without the consent of the public, as they were not elected; the only defence mechanisms they have been applying and including, so as to continue dominating the will of the people, are the use of forces, militia men and women, very pro-CCM troops, for injuring, damaging, threatening the innocent local citizens and opposition leaders, killing, while pretending that he is there to stay up to the year 2020 and NO ONE CAN REMOVE HIM OUT OF THE REGIME, from the local to the international level.
We, JUVICUF, regard the Zanzibar situations, the same like what happened in the Republic of Gambia recently and or other Great Lakes Countries such as Burundi and Congo DRC. We know that the United Republic of Tanzania is trying to manipulate of democracy and the rule of law, BUT we are here warn such kind of deception as we know that even Yahya Jammeh, Pierre Nkurunzinza and Joseph Kabila visited the Country to learn such manipulation and how to play with irregularities, before they turned back to their place and make uncertain authoritarian attempts.
Hence, we are infront of you stressing that:
- We are highly dissatisfied with the current situations in Zanzibar and shall never accept the defeat as Dr. Shein and his elite catching the power illegally and unconstitutionally.
- We shall never give-up or betray the blood, life, rights, wishes, choices and the will of majority Zanzibaris as we shall stand affirm until the maximum point of what we deserve.
- Our patience is getting to the deadline as daily witnessing Dr. Shein and his elite continue inflicting the pain to our side, our party, our offices, our democracy and our country in general.
So, as we know that the United Nations in particular, and the international community in general, identify each and every moment, that Zanzibar and Tanzania passed through, including the shifting from a Sovereign State of Zanzibar to the Republic of, and passed it's seat in the chamber of nations, we would recall on the following :
> As we know that the economic sanctions against the authoritarian, dictator and power manic leaders, is like beating a drum of fluting a trumpet to a got, we strongly insist the MILITARY INTERVENTION AND WITHDRAWAL of THE POWER ABUSER, INVADER AND DICTATOR Dr. Ali Mohamed Shein immediately.
> We know that as the international policy makers, you should impose the immediate measures so as to make sure of the rule of law, democracy and respect the will of massive people in Zanzibar, so as to let peace prevail across the islands.
> To stand affirm with us so as to make sure the peace prevails in our country for the legal declaration of the real and ideal winner of the past election, 25th October, 2015, Maalim Seif Sharif Hamad (the people elected President of Zanzibar ), and respect the public interest.
> To be minded and open eyed what happens definitely in Zanzibar and Tanzania as we regard your pain yet more our pain, our eyes yet our eyes and your blood yet more our blood and shall irrigate our victory.
> To mind that WE, JUVICUF, on behalf of ZANZIBARI YOUTHS, SHALL NEVER RETREAT NEVER SURRENDER until the MAXIMUM POINT OF OUR LIFE FOR THE RIGHTS, WISHES AND CHOICES AS WELL AS THE DECISION OF ZANZIBARIS.
Finally, We send our highly gratitude to you and your esteemed Organization, as well as international community, while realizing that no where to send our crisis and tears with the exception of you, believing that our considerations and applications will be regarded immediately, fruitfully and sympathetically so that Zanzibar, Tanzania, Africa, and the World be the better peaceful place for life.
