Job Purpose
The Walk-in Agent will be the first point of contact for customers visiting client shops. The role requires strong customer care skills, problem-solving ability, and a passion for sales and service delivery. You will be responsible for assisting customers, selling products, handling queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Promote and sell products including airtime, new SIM registrations, and digital solutions.
- Register new customers and update existing customer accounts.
- Support business growth by achieving daily and monthly shop-level sales targets.
Customer Service
- Professionally welcome and assist all walk-in customers.
- Provide information on products, services, billing, and account issues.
- Handle and resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Deliver a consistent and excellent customer experience.
Reporting and Compliance
- Prepare and submit daily sales and financial reports to the Team Leader.
- Monitor product stock levels and ensure availability at all times.
- Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop environment.
Teamwork and Collaboration
- Work closely with shop colleagues and supervisors.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours based on business needs.
- Contribute to a professional and customer-focused workplace culture.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Customer Service, or related)
- Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in Customer Care, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic digital reporting tools.
