Nimenunua kifurushi cha mwezi mzima kuanzi tarehe 14 February, nilipata GB kama sijakosea 19GB, mpaka tarahe 29 asubuhi bado nilikuwa na salio la GB 16.3.
Kifurushi changu kinaishia tarehe 15 March.
Jana saa kumi na mbili jioni napata sms hii kutoka VODA “Your TSH35000 bundle balance has finished. Enjoy freedom to call or browse in a bundle. Dial *149*01#>Pinduapindua”
Nimewapigia voda mara tatu sasa wananiambia tatizo lako linashughulikiwa tutakujibu baada ya masaa 24.
Hivi VODA Tanzania wanatupa hizi huduma kwa hisani au sisi wateja tunazilipia na ni lazima tupate huduma tuliyolipia kwa wakati?
