Job Post: SHOPS AND INVENTORY CONTROLLER
Reporting to: BUSINESS MANAGER
Applications are invited from suitable Tanzanians to fill in above post.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Completes all necessary monthly and adhoc stock takes and produce relevant reports.
Ensures efficient, high quality shops operation, manage the purchasing and replenishment of inventories while ensuring goods buying and receiving protocols are followed.
Utilize Information and Communication Technology to record sales figures, perform data analysis and forward planning.
Help, drive, motivate, train and encourage shop attendants to achieve sales targets.
Identify market trends that appeal to customers, conduct market surveys and manage effective promotion and advertising of services, activities and products.
Analyze financial statements in order to make better economic decisions and enhance profit making opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Procurement and Supply or Accounting.
AGE LIMIT: below 26 years.
WORK PLACE: Kisarawe - Pwani.
