A startup IT company is looking for a receptionist / office secretary.


Responsibilities :


  1. Manage all incoming and outgoing mail/correspondence and documents systematically
  2. Tactful and professional handling of business calls, messages and other information
  3. Act as front line person for the company in handling general inquiries, both internal and external, addressing such inquiries or directing them to others as appropriate.
  4. Ensure good house keeping around the office
  5. Maintain and manage the supply, storage and issuance of an appropriate level of office stationary and supplies
  6. Carry out special duties as determined time to time.


Requirements:

  1. Possess Diploma in Secretarial
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and writing skills in English
  3. Have reasonable analytical and mathematical skills
  4. Knowledgeable and competent in Microsoft Office applications
  5. Be able to work and contribute in a team environment
