DOCTORS' ETHICAL DILEMA IN TANZANIA;

To my understanding Ethics involve doing "good" and causing no harm to yourself, your family, friends and others. Ethical dilemma can be made resulting in neither choice being a "right or wrong" decision. There is no "RIGHT" solution to an ethical dilemma

MGOMO WA MADAKTARI: NI ETHICAL DILEMMA

To me MGOMO WA MADACTARI is an AUTHENTIC ETHICAL DILEMMA. Doctors are having moral and ethical demands e.g. they need, reasonable salary to accommodate their families and skyrocketing inflation, equipment to perform their job etc. The Government gave promise to improve all of this, yet nothing has been done.

WHAT SHOULD DOCTORS DO? REAL ETHICAL DILEMMA

STRIKE; this is harmful to the patients. Could cause DEATH, harmful to patients and their families
GO BACK TO WORK; this is harmful to the patients (no equipment), themselves and their families. Government will never fulfill their needs- harmful to the doctors and their families

TOO BAD GOVERNMENT IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE ETHICAL DILEMMA.

Remember; there is no "RIGHT" solution to an ethical dilemma.

HOPE THIS LEAVES YOU IN DILEMMA AS WELL.
