exactly! but they are calling a wrong number, one of the reasons i need him to stay! I guess with Kagame, they have to reconsider, I remember during the genocide, the french intervened and ordered the RPF to halt their advance or face the French army... Kagame refused the order and within few hours the French(with Interahamwe) were all surrounded by the RPF! now Amb. Power should listen to this very careful...Americans got no real friends but only strategic friends. One thing Americans want to see happen in this world is having some parts of the world underdeveloped so that they can continue to bully us.
