Unadvertised employments

Hello JF

For the past three months nimepita ofisi kadhaa, and noticed kwamba kuna kazi nyingi sana on the notice boards but they aren't advertised on the papers. Sasa kwa wale watafuta kazi i would advice you NOT TO STAY AT HOME rather you should pass through corridors in several buildings and take a look at the announcements.

I would recommend that each member of JF could assist the unemployed by giving information if they see any post relating to employment. You just have to say where the post is and the position maybe people will go and take a look.

HRs are avoiding advertising on the papers because the applications will be too many. Imagine umepewa kazi ya kusort 300 applications to find the best 10 candidates to call for interview.

I would appreciate if this thread is 'STICKED' at the top, so that it could be easily read. Am sure it concerns all of us.

Tatizo watanzania wana imani kuwa hata zilizotangazwa zina watu tayari... Ninachoweza kuwashauri walio wengi ni kuwa SI KWELI kwamba kila nafasi inayotangazwa huwa imeshapata mtu wake, ingekuwa hivyo msingekuwa mnaona wanaandika "Re-advertised"!

Ukiona nafasi inayoendana na elimu yako wewe tuma maombi, mtafutaji hachoki, akichoka kishapata!

Nafasi yoyote ikitangazwa JF na ukakumbana na tatizo hilo tufahamishe haraka!

Kwa kuanzia ingekuwa vema ukazisema hizo ofisi ulizotembelea na kukutana na kazi, vinginevyo unawapa mtihani mzito wa kucheza na yumkini ili kubaini ofisi hizo
 
Thanks for the info ndugu. Ni kweli inabidi watu tuangalie namna ya kusaidiana kwenye hili. Nakubaliana kabisa na hoja ya watu kutoka majumbani na kuzunguka maofisini lakini pia inategemea na aina ya ofisi kama utapata ruhusa ya kuingia na kuanza kuangalia notice board. Lakini kwa pamoja tunaweza kusaidiana hapa, kwa mfano kila mtu aliye kwenye ofisi fulani akiona tangazo afanye jitihada alilete hapa itasaidia kwa members wa hapa na pia hata hawa members kuwapelekea wenye mahitaji ambao hawafiki hapa.
Nakubaliana na Invicible kwamba watu wana kasumba mbaya sana ya kuamini kazi zinazotangazwa zina wenyewe, no si kweli, tusichoke kujaribu.

BTW, mimi pia natafuta kazi, nina first degree ya Sociology na pia Masters ya HR ila ndo nafanya desertation, just in case kuna nafasi mahali, please pm. thanks
 
In gvt and public institutions offices hii kitu ipo, kazi zinazotangazwa nyingi (asilimia kubwa) zinakuwa na watu tayari. Wanatangaza kucomply tu na taratibu. Hii nimeiona mara nyingi tu serikalini na agencies zako. Mifano hai ninayo mingi tu wadau.

Sehemu nyingine waki ku shortlist, later jamaa anakupigia simu kuwa he/she is one of the panelist, so if you want a job basi toa chapaa!

When you visit a patient at Muhumbili try to pass through other buildings ukimalizana na mgonjwa wako. Chek zile offices zao not WARDS.
 
Utaratibu wa employment process unaruhusu mwajiri kutangaza kazi kwa njia hiyo pia,kwani kuna njia kama zifuatazo zinakubalika katika hr-proffessional:

mwajiri anaweza kutafuta the best candidate kwa ktumia recruitmen agengies,institutio/uviversity/college,internal advertisement kama ya kuweka tangazo la kazi kwenye notice ya office.

Vilevile job hunters wanashauriwa hata kwenda phyisacally kwa waajiri na kujinadi na kuuza taaluma yako.
kwa kweli kutegema advert kwanye magazeti kupitwa na wakati.

Nashauri young graduates na wale wote wanatafuta ajira kubadilika na kwenda na wakati.

Mkuu ili onyo ni la muhimu sana hasa kwa wanaomaliza chuo na kukaa nyumbani kwa muda mfupi au mrefu na kuomba kazi pasipo mafanikio pale wanapoambiwa kuwa kuna kazi lakini utanue miguu (wanawake) au utoe kitu kidogo (both wanawake na wanaume) basi huwa radhi kufanya hivyo ili wapate kazi hizo kwa gharama yoyote. Watanzania wengi siku hizi tumepoteza uvumilivu katika kutafuta kazi ndio maana kwa njia zozote zile hata kama mtu kasoma ana B.A au M.A lakini bado atatoa kitu kidogo au kuachamisha miguu ili apate.
LAkini ushauri wangu ni kuacha kuwa na tamaa na mali walizo nazo rafiki au ndugu zetu kwa sababu hatujui mbinu au njia walizotumia katika kupata vitu hivyo kwa mfano nyumba nzuri, gari nzuri hata kama ni mbaya whatever.
Tumuombe MUNGU atusaidie katika mipango yetu kupata kazi ikiwa ni sehemu yale. Amen
