Why not incorporate it with CBE and make one big university of Finance and Commerce?

Or create one business School in the country with affiliation with UDSM.

So, graduates get their degrees from UDSM via Business School.
 
Kinachotafutwa ni salary scale ya PUSS na kuongeza programu za udahili ili kuongeza mapato ya chuo.

Haya ndio matatizo ya taasisi za elemu ya juu kuwa na salary scale tofauti tofauti na kutakiwa kukusanya mapato na kupeleka 'gawio'.

Mwisho wa siku kila mtu anataka kuwa 'University '.

Zipo chini ya Wizara tofauti; CBE wapo Wizara ya Viwanda & Biashara, IMF kipo chini ya Wizara ya Fedha. Sijui kama watakubali, maana wengine ndio vitengo vyao vya maslahi.

Vyuo vya Tanzania vinazalisha matapeli, walalamishi, wala rushwa na makahaba tu.

Vyuo vikuu havina faida yoyote. Tangu 1961 mpk leo havijagundua wala kuuza teknolojia yoyote duniani.

Wahadhili wanawaza papuchi za wanachuo muda wote badala ya kufanya tafiti.

Hio si tatizo ni kuangalia sheria na kanuni zasemaje na kurekebisha ni kazi ndogo sana.

Labda kama unavyosema kuhusu maslahi.

Ila vyuo hivyo vyahamishiwa wizara ya elimu, sayansi na teknolojia kisha chaundwa chuo kimoja cha biashara Tanzania, Business School.

Hivyo kwanza kutapunguza gharama za uendeshaji, baadhi ya majengo yatakuwa ni vitega uchumi vitavyoleta pesa, kuna kuwa na chuo kimoja kinotambulika Afrika na Duniani na kitaweza kuanzisha mahusiano na vyuo vingine vya biashara duniani ili kupata ujuzi zaidi na maendeleo ya teknolojia na office automation.

Hivyo Mzumbe, IFM na CBE vinakuwa affiliitate na UDSM na kozi zinakuwa simplified na kozi zingine kuziangalia kama zaendana na mahitaji kisha zafutwa.

Nasi tunakuwa na Havard yetu au vipi mkuu?
