My complaint is about the company named Vodacom
I have great respect for Vodacom but after going through this

Mimi ni mtumiaji mzuri sana wa mtandao wa Vodacom, Mpesa, internet, na Voice calls. wapo vizuri sana isipokuwa pale linapojitekeza suala la kutatua matatizo ya wateja wao kupitia customer service, ndo shughuli linapokuwa gumu kwao, au pale unapokosana na mhudumu uliempigia simu, hii ilitokea baada ya kutoa lalamiko langu la Mpesa, na aliepokea akasema kulikuwa na tatizo kwenye mtandao ila ipo pending na itarudi baada ya 1hr, after 8hrs sikuwa nimepata majibu yoyote na nikapiga simu tena huyu aliepokea safari hii tukapishana maneno na akaniambia 24hrs na nikapata sms hiyo hapo juu, ila tulipishana sana maneno na hakutaka kukosolewa na kwa nilivyoelewa mimi ni kuwa suala langu au lalamiko langu alilizuia maksudi ili kunisumbua tu, nilisubiri na sikupata jibu lolote baada ya muda huo kuisha, nikapiga tena simu na kujibiwa kuwa suala langu linashughulikiwa na litapata ufumbuzi baada ya 24hrs tena, eeeh nikamwambia tatizo ni nini? yaani sh elfu 5 tu ndo napigwa danadana hivi au kwakuwa tulipishana maneno ya muhudumu wa kwanza? Leo ni zaidi ya wiki sasa na bado tatizo langu halijashughulikiwa nimepiga simu nikaambia ni kweli wanaliona tatizo langu ila Neema hajakamilisha bado. jamani nauliza hakuna highest authorities hapo Vodacom kama hawa wahudumu wanatumia mabavu kuzuia hela zetu?
What is most frustrating is that I was promised the matter is being fixed only finding myself having to call them daily.
It does not make sense when a big company like Vodacom enjoys when money comes in but makes it difficult for money to go out. I wondered whether she understood what she was telling me or it is the coaching that she received from Vodacom

mimi nililipa bill ya maji kwa Mpesa, pesa ilikwama hewani kwa siku 7. yaan kila siku nilikuwa nawapigia simu kuulizia naambiwa tatizo linashuhulikiwa kwa kweli nilibaki njia panda kwenda ofisi za maji kulipa tena bili roho inakataa mana nitakuwa nimetumia pesa mara mbili kulipia kitu kimoja.

Haya makampuni ya simu yamekuwa yanatuibia sana hasa kupitia hii miamala ya fedha...huwa nnajiuliza kwanza wale watu wanaofariki kwa ajali na wana pesa zao kwenye simu zao Zile pesa huenda wapi? Maana huwa hakuna utaratibu wa makampuni haya kuuliza mrith wako hasa wakati wa kujaza form zao za usajili...maana naona kama unatumia bima kupitia makampuni yao wanakuuliza mpka mrithi wako kwa bima ya laki mbili tu...huku kwenye kutunza pesa zaidi ya milioni kadhaa hawaulizi hilo!!! Sasa pia kuhusu huduma za customer care ndo kabisaaa hasa hao vodacom..kuna siku nilikuwa mkoani na nilikuwa nimehifadhi pesa zangu kupitia huduma zao za mpawa..daah ilikuwa zaidi ya mateso mtandao uligoma na nikawapigia customer service lakin hizo subiri subiri ilichukua siku zaidi ya tatu na niko ugenini...pole sana ndugu yangu kwa yalokukuta

" So huyo Neema Joseph ni nani hapo customer care? au ndo kawaambia anataka anikomoe kwa kutopata msaada wa hiyo hela yangu?

Magufuri anatengeneza majambazi wengi sana indirectly.....kuna vingine ni vikampuni vya hovyo hapa bongo vinafanya kazi ya kuwaibia waajiri wao pamoja na wateja....majambazi wanazidi kuongezeka kwa kasi sana, ujambazi huu ni wa aiña tofauti na uliozkeleka huko nyuma....Magufuri saidia kamba ilegee, zamani RAIA ndio walikuwa wezi lakini kwasasa MAKAMPUNI ndio wezi wa kupindukia.

Tena nawashawishi watu wengi sana wahame, Kazi yangu itakuwa kuelezea faida ambazo zipo kwenye mtoa huduma mwingine nitafanya research kujua vijifaida vidogovidogo halafu nitavipigia promo kwelikweli.

Wakawaripoti TCRA hii mitandao yote ni shida usiombe upate shida hamna customet care ,yaani customer care zao wote ni zero,yaani hii mitandao ni kama vile binadamu anapokuwa anamthamini binadamu mwenzake akiwa hai lakini akiwa maito loo hataki hata kumuona

nitaandika barua na kuweka ile sms na kuelezea kwa upana zaidi, ila kama kuna mtu ambae anajua namna ya kuframe barua nzuri ya kuweka haya malalamiko yangu kwenda ngazi za juu anisaidie, shida sio hiyo shilling efu 5, bali nataka wawe wanawaheshimu wateja,
