Three Dead in Nansana House Fire

Three people have died after a house caught fire in Nansana West 1A, Nansana Municipality, Wakiso District, at around midnight.

Police said the landlord allegedly locked herself and two tenants inside the house before setting it on fire.


Kampala Metropolitan Police North Regional Commander SSP Moses Nanoka confirmed that three bodies were recovered from the scene.

Police have launched investigations to establish the circumstances surrounding the fire and what led to the incident.
