A masked thief sneaked into a shop and began searching for the targeted loot when he came face to face with a copy of the Quran on the table. Instead of being deterred, he kissed the holy book, grabbed the loot and left.
A YouTube film published in the Saudi daily 'Sada' and social networks showed the thief sneaked into the shop through a hole and went straight to the table, where he found the Quran copy. He quickly lifted the book and kissed it before pursuing the robbery.
The paper did not mention where the incident took place.
