Jitahidi kusahau mambo uliyokua umeyatarajia sana siku zilizopita, maana suffer zote hutokea kwa sababu umekua attached na mambo ambayo hukuwa na uwezo nayo, Hivyo unashindwa kuona mbele kwa sababu ya mambo yaliyopita. Jisamehee, samehee wengine na umwelekee Mungu pekee huku duniani hakuna msaada zaidi ya kumwelekea Mungu katika Roho na kweli.
