What does this slick guy try to insinuate,That all opposition parties should never be trusted because of Satta's administration ordeal?First of all we will be so unfair to judge him negatively and think all that nightmare had been solely caused by his administration and we don't want to exercise our brains to track down the root-cause for this financial strain,It must has its traces,The previous corrupt administrations could be responsible for this mess.Satta's administration did have all people and country's interests at heart it's just the previous administrations emptied the treasury.This will also happen in Tanzania once Kikwete and his buddies are out of power.The successor will be left with nearly nothing in treasury as Kikwete and his cronies are busy in spending our tax money unwisely in the mean time doing absolutely nothing to create new revenue sources to help the country earn more income to offset any potential budget deficit.Then you will start to blame the Successor for Kikwete's mess?

Can you imagine this man was just waking up like God during the creation of the earth and would say I want a road, a stadium, a university, a school, a hospital, a district here and there without consultation with the government treasury and expected those things to merely emerge or germinate like plants using rain water, sources said.

Sources said Mr. Sata has really put a huge strain on the government treasury and most of those projects may actually never be finished resulting in having a country that will have so many incomplete buildings and roads or some that will be highly compromised due to incomplete or poor construction.
