Hello everyone,
I'm reaching out for advice and perspective on a challenging situation I've found myself in. My name is David, and for almost three years, I've been in a relationship with Sarah, who is married to Michael. Recently, I discovered that Sarah has been involved with another man named Adam. When I confronted Sarah about her relationship with Adam, she refused to discuss it with me.
Feeling hurt and upset, I decided to confront Adam about his involvement with Sarah. In a moment of anger and frustration, I shared intimate screenshots of my relationship with Sarah with Adam. Unfortunately, Adam retaliated by sending all the evidence to Sarah's husband, Michael, leading to the dissolution of their marriage.
I can't help but feel sorry for Sarah, who is now a single mother from a very disadvantaged background, with no education and no employment. While I understand that everyone involved has their own agency and responsibility, I can't shake the feeling of remorse for the consequences of my actions.
I'm reaching out to you all for your opinions and perspectives on this situation. How do you think I should move forward? What lessons can be learned from this experience? Considering Sarah's behavior of having multiple relationships, can I still be with her? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for taking the time to read and respond.
