SADC/EAC Likely new bloc

Martin Luther King Jr had a dream, but forming a combined bloc between EAC and SADC is really a dream to desire if President Magufuli wishes. Magufuli is trending, made it possible for South Sudan and hopefully DRC and Sudan are interested to join EAC. If this is possible then a slim desire to call SADC will stir and probably revive a plan to have a united Africa in near future. Nkurumah, Lumumba and Nyerere failed. Gaddafi felt the same but unsuccessfully. There is a far seen bright hope to unite neglected Africa. This is our last shot, trust, and selfishless Africa: come together before the other world come together against Africa.

How do u unite two blocs whose member states are facing domestic strife and civil wars? I mean the Sudan and the DRC.
