Richard Tambwe Hiza:Gone are the days;

[ubongokid]

Gone is a great soul;a warrior lost during the battle
Gone is a comrade; One whose thought had a wit
His cunning amazing;His brute marvelous
Gone are the days, when we could take pride in your memories

A fighter indeed,a hero indeed
One with a character,In speech and in deeds
We salute yo comrade;as you take off to freedom
Gone are the days, when we could take pride in your memories

Gone are the days, when we could challenge the regime
Gone are the days, when honest was a virtue
Gone are the days, when justice prevailed
Gone are the days, when we could take pride in your memories

Gone are the days,Gone are the times
The future is so dark,Our hope in horizon
In Belgium lies the survivor,A victim of a new approach
Gone are the days, when we could take pride in your memories

You were never reproached,Hiding behind the shaddow
Across the bridge, there is a meadow
Our duty remains,Your memory to honour
Gone are the days, when we could take pride in your memories
