I think you are wrong. The 'miss tanzania coat' is just that, a superficial coat as part of the coding method to complicate the understanding of the less understanding! It's about the IPTL/PAP/Escrow Account saga, And "Rungumalaya" is supposed to point to the identity of one Rugemalila, who is one of the central characters in the saga.
