Restoring Yahoo mails from Outlook

Is there any easy method to import back my outlook mails back to my yahoo or hotmail accounts?
Pls help if it can be done

Mhh! Uko premium nini? Ulizidownload vipi kwanza maana hiyo POP3 service ni kwa yahoo premium account?
Jibu rahisi ni Zimove ktk inbox. Sijawahi tumia outlook for yahoo, so sorry I cannot be of big help :ban:
