Sikika seeks to recruit a Receptionist with immediate effect: Responsibilities; Manage front desk, telephone and faxes Provide Secretarial and administrative support to logistics Track and organize all official correspondences Ensure that the office runs smoothly, specifically make timely purchases of drinking water & stationery supplies in liaison with the Office Attendant Coordinate printing & photocopying Make travel, meeting and other arrangements for Staff Assist in processing basic financial documents Collaboration with other Staff to ensure implementation of program strategy Implement & adhere to lawful instructions by HR & Admin Manager and Executive Director. Key competencies: (a) Minimum of Diploma in Business Administration/Office Management/Front Office Management/Secretarial. (b) At least three years experience in areas related to your responsibilities. (c) Excellent writing and communication skills.
