FOR THOSE WHO THINK COPYING MAGUFULI IDEAS IS BAD THINK TWICE.

First of all let me give you a quick intro of John Pombe JosepMagufuli. He is a Tz prezo since2015 getting a nomination in CCM As a grace of God 1 out 1000 thought he was going to be a CCM candidate(he was elected due to his competence and seriously speakinhe wasn't a famous politician but a man of his words and it was really hard for one kuongea mabaya yakeeven in his own party.. let's get back to the question.

1.The Tz President has been successful in eradicating corruption to a large extent, Raisi wa Tzamefaulu katika hilo both in social(behaviour) and real practise. Before him it was a normal thing if u want your thing to be done/done fast u need to give corruption but now there is no such thing(I have been to Dar for quite a long time ). People now in Tz have a fear of giving or receiving corruption that's applies in almost every sector as a President hachagui and everyone is scared that someone is lookin upon his actions in simple words no one is safe !.. you can be fired in a matter of seconds if your found guilty.

2. Amefaulu katika competence atwork. Watu hivi sasa in Tz they give their all and not a matter of working for the sake of working, this directly helps in growth of economy andprovision of better services. In Tz, the water services, electricity can be easily connected and for those who have them they rarely face blackout. I have been to Dar and i stayed 6 month without even a 10 minute electricity cut off and water was off for an hour in two times.. This alsohas had an affect on health servicesas now the nurses treat their patients as in Europe, speaking confidently. They treat them as customers with care,love, kindness and dignity this is in public hospitals where they once were treated as shit just as the way Kenyan nurses do to pregnant women.

3. He has fired more than 20,000 personnel who walikuwa wafanya kazi hewa ambao they received an average salary of 500$=50,000/=kshs, 9900 wanafunzi hewa receiving an average Loan of $1700=17,000 kshs per year . In addition he has created 170,000 newjobs in public sector in this year. If u think this is bad you must have some really big problems in your head.

4. He has made significant infrastructure development all over the country. The road projects , marine projects, railway projects. These projects are 3 and half biggerthan the Kenyan projects. I.e. someare well known like sgr' s which are 6 times bigger than the ones to bedone in Kenya, the longest crude oil pipeline in the world innaugrated few days ago.

5. He has maintained utumiaji bora wa fedha za umma. Trust me if your a govt personnel in Tz you don't jusgo outside the country and stay in 5 star hotels making unreasonable conferences in Europe it is not thateasy in Tz these days as it is inKenya. The president himself has not been in America or Europe since he was innaugrated and they have come in Dar for negotiations.

6. He has ensured there is law of order in the country. No matter your post /position of you go agains the law unawekwa sehemu unayostahiri I.e. 5 ministers have been victim to date just to mention a few.

7. He has made the people to learn and make use of their income in a more civilized manner. Moneycirculation in Tz has decreased especially for those criminals like tax frauds, drug dealers, corrupt personnel, money laundering people. So as a result morals have been improved , violence has decreased in a great margin, marriage have now stayed in peace_no money to spend on concuibines, students focus on their studies rather than finding older guys for their needs.

8. He has decreased the cost of living. Just a few years ago the cost of living in Dar for instance had highly increased mainly because of rise of illegal money which made people to be so affluent. Tz was now gainin a reputation of a new Columbia, a lot of tz were caught in South Africa, China, South East Asia countries,middle East, Brazil over drug charges. It even went to the extent of cocaine being called "nyeupe "(a Swahili word) in many parts of of Johannesburg, Cape town and Durban. Do these activities people gained blood money and spent it badly at home as a result the rent and price of houses in Dar were so high e.g in Dar a house with 4 rooms in Upanga once costed 1.8 billion tshs = 90 million kshs in 2014 the same house now costs 750 million tshs = 38 million kshs.

9. He has stand upon his country'sinterests, making a new a law act which will look upon all mineral contracts and make new negotiations. I.e. a mining company is about to pay 180 billion us $ as as an amount of tax which it avoided back in the days .

10. He is praised all over Africa.Quoting Mwalimu Nyerere " kama Mzungu akikusifia inabidi uchunguze wapi ulipokosea" so in simple terms The whites will always appreciate if ur serving their interests and they don't care bout what is going to happen to your people. when otherAfrican people see your presideent is doing agreat job it means they see he is doing something very great which they wish their President can do the same..

The president of Togo(A Franco phone country ) once said he will do what Magufuli does in ensurring competence and eradication of corruption.

11. He is a special character. A special gene which doesn't exist among many African leaders at now. Try to find a leader in Africa right now who has equivantely to no wealth and he has a power to change it and not only him to benefit but for generations.. who ???. Maybe Mugabe to a certain extent.. The only one I could remember is Gadaffi who died 6 years ago and he clearly fits in this category.

Just to remind people for those who don't know Tanzania is very rich in mineral resources only South Africa and Drc are ahead of them. And when you try to consider the political situation it's only South Africa which is ahead of her, Still a lot of minerals(due to strict pre socialist ideologies)are yet to be fully exploited so if he was a selfish leader he would have been an affluent figure in a matter of days.

Mind you "Most people who are against John P Maguli in tz huwa wana masilahi yao binafsi au fools they don't have reasonable arguements"

If you think Magufuli is a bad man to copy some of his ideas which have been practised and have shown a great positive impact then you really have serious problems in your head and am afraid even a PhD holderpsychiatrist can't solve.

MWENYEKITI wa Taasisi ya Mwalimu Nyerere, Joseph Butiku, amesema kutokana na miiko iliyowekwa na mwasisi wa Taifa, Hayati Mwalimu Julias Nyerere, mtu yeyote anayekuwa rais wa nchi lazima atambue watu wote ni sawa na “usiwe wewe ni rais tembo.”


Hayo aliyasema jana wakati akiwasilisha mada ya miiko ya uongozi katika kongamano la kumbukizi ya Mwalimu Nyerere lililofanyika katika ukumbi wa Chuo Kikuu cha Kumbukumbu ya Mwalimu Nyerere, Kigamboni jijini Dar es Salaam.

Alisema kwa mujibu wa Katiba ya TANU ya mwaka 1954 imani ya chama ilikuwa binadamu wote ni sawa, kila mtu anastahili heshima na kwamba kila raia ni sehemu ya Taifa.

Alisema nchi ambayo mwalimu aliijenga ilikuwa na misingi ya “binadamu wote ni ndugu zangu” na kwamba msimamo kama huo aliuweka hata alipotoka nje ya mipaka ya Tanzania.

“Tunachosema ni kwamba miiko ilikuwa inasema ukitaka kuwa rais utambue na uwe na imani kuwa watu wote ni sawa usiwe wewe ni tembo,” alisema Butiku na kuongeza:

“Lazima utambue kuwa unatokana nao (watu) na lazima kiongozi huyo atambue kuwa anaongoza watu hivyo anapaswa kuwaongoza kwa heshima.”

Akizungumzia miiko ya uongozi, Butiku alikumbusha hoja ya kutenga siasa na biashara ambayo alisema imeonekana kupuuzwa na viongozi katika miaka ya hivi karibuni.

Alisema miiko ya uongozi ilikuwa ni pamoja na kiongozi lazima awe mkulima au mfanyakazi na asishiriki katika shughuli zozote za ubepari.

Katika hilo aliwataka viongozi kuchagua ama kuwa kuwatumikia watu au kutafuta utajiri.

“Katika siasa za hivi sasa wanasiasa wote wanajitahidi sana kukataa kanuni hii na wamekuwa wakibabaisha. Msibabaishe,” alisisitiza Butiku.

Mbali na Butiku, naye Katibu Mkuu Mstaafu wa Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM), Wilson Mkama wakati akiwasilisha mada ya miiko ya uongozi alibainisha kuwa viongozi lazima wapatikane kwa haki na uwazi.

Alionya kuwa ni hatari kwa viongozi kupatikana kwa njia za vitisho, ujanja, ulaghai na rushwa na kwamba kufanya hivyo ni kupoteza sifa za uongozi.

“Asili ya uongozi ni watu na viongozi lazima wapatikane kwa haki na uwazi na si kwa njia za ujanja ujanja, vitisho, ulaghai na rushwa na inapokuwa hivyo tunapoteza sifa ya uongozi,” alisema Mkama.

Pamoja na hilo Mkama alipongeza kauli mbiu inayotumiwa na Rais Magufuli ya ‘Hapa Kazi tu’ akisema kiongozi lazima afanye kazi kwa kufuata utaratibu wa kisiasa uliowekwa.

“Watu wamekuwa wakitafsiri siasa vibaya lakini ukweli ni kwamba siasa ni namna ya kutengeneza utaratibu wa maisha na maamuzi ya kisiasa ndio yanayoijenga jamii,” alisisitiza.

Naye Makamu Mwenyekiti wa CCM bara, Philip Mangula, akiwasilisha mada ya ‘Viongozi na Maadili’ alisema kwa kiasi kikubwa chama chake kimekuwa kikizingatia maadili ya viongozi.

Alisema kwa sasa chama hicho chini ya Mwenyekiti wake, Rais John Magufuli kinahakikisha kinatokomeza rushwa serikalini na katika chama hasa wakati wa uchaguzi.

“Katika mkutano Mkuu wa mwaka 2012 ambao ndio ulinichagua kuwa makamu mwenyekiti na nikapata uenyekiti wa kamati ya maadili, tuliazimia kuchukua hatua haraka kwa viongozi wala rushwa na ndio kazi anayofanya Rais Magufuli,” alisema Mangula.

Mangula ambaye amepewa jina la utani la ‘Mzee wa mafaili’ kutokana na timu yake kujihusisha na uchunguzi wa masula yote yanayohusu maadili hasa kwa wanachama wanaotaka uongozi kupitia CCM, alisema mafaili bado yanaendelea kurekodiwa na mwisho yatafunguliwa kwa kila atayetaka uongozi.

Alionya kuwa wapo watu ambao wameshaanza kutoa zawadi na misaada bila kuzingatia taratibu za chama kwa lengo la kutengeneza mazingira ya kupata uongozi katika uchaguzi ujao na kusisitiza kwamba “safari hii imekula kwao.”

Kauli hiyo ya Mangula inafanana na ile aliyoitoa Rais Magufuli Julai mwaka huu baada ya kukabidhiwa mikoba ya Uenyekiti wa chama hicho mjini Dodoma.

Rais Magufuli alitangaza kufanya mapinduzi makubwa ya kimfumo ndani ya CCM ikiwa ni pamoja na kukomesha uongozi unaopatikana kwa njia ya rushwa.

Magufuli ambaye amekuwa akijinasibu kupambana na rushwa na ufisadi alikitaja waziwazi chama hicho kama moja ya taasisi zinazotajwa kuongoza kwa rushwa licha ya kukatazwa katika ahadi ya tatu ya CCM pamoja na kifungu cha 18 cha Katiba ya CCM.

“Niligombea urais niliyaona huko Iringa wakati wa kutafuta wadhamini, Wilaya yote ilikuwa imenunuliwa ilibidi nisafiri kwenda ndani huko vijijini. Fedha imekuwa kigezo cha mtu kupata uongozi…ukitaka urais kiasi fulani, ubunge kiasi fulani, diwani kiasi fulani. Tumekuwa tukipoteza sehemu zingine kuchagua wenye pesa badala ya anayekubalika,” alikaririwa Magufuli.

Alisema amedhamiria kukomesha jambo hilo na kwamba mtu atakayetoa rushwa hatachaguliwa wala kupitishwa kwa mujibu wa kanuni ambazo alikabidhiwa jana na Mwenyekiti mstaafu.
