Qualities of Tanzanian leaders we need!

Kaduma paper stresses the need to have leaders who are;
(i) Mentally fully liberated
(ii) Selfless

(iii) True servants and not masters of the people
(iv) Ready to serve all the people for the common good and

(v) Who are ready to sacrifice their own person for the sake of the country and its people.

(vi)leaders of impeccable integrity, honest and accountable.

Tanzania has for many years commanded international respect for having a cream of leaders with such qualities.
It is therefore important that it works towards maintenance of that position and in some cases restoration of the leadership qualities in all fields.

Yes, it is quite easy to say what type of leadership qualitites we need but THE PROBLEM IS: How do we get those people? Perhaps through the ballot box?

We have been doing this eversince independence and look at what they have done to us! In Africa, especially in Tanzania, i selfless and dedicated leaders the type of Nyerere are hard to come by. Very rare species indeed. We shall have to go on with trial and error leadership till the end of the world.
