Considering there are hidden files,folders or drives in your computer (organize -> folder and search option-> view -> don't show hidden files,folders or drives i.e windows7), using the best anti-virus in the world, Do you think the mentioned parts will be affected during the scanning process regardless of being hidden?

Yes they will be affected. Those files are only hidden to your eyes. They are accessible by other applications!

pia inategemea na settings za scanning ulizofanya kwenye anti virus yako...sometimes katika baadhi ya antivirus default settings inakuwa ni kuruka hidden files au system files...au unaweza set hivyo we mwenyewe pia!!
