Job Description
- Project location : Dar es salaam
- Nature of project : Substation
Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical substation layouts and specifications.
- Perform engineering calculations for equipment sizing and system performance.
- Oversee construction, installation, and commissioning of substation equipment.
- Conduct site assessments and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to substations.
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project success.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of engineering activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Reg. Status: Professional
- Experience = > 5years (Not necessary to have experience in substation works )
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
